FACTORY ENVIRONMENT
We have an intelligent temperature control system that maintains temperatures between 24-28°C and humidity
at 60-70%, creating an optimal growth environment. Moreover, we implement strict hygiene management, regularly disinfecting the facility to ensure a clean and contamination-free environment.
The farm is divided into breeding areas, feed storage areas, processing areas, and packaging areas.
BREEDING PROCESS
We select healthy adult Tenebrio molitor beetles as breeding stock
and breed them in a dedicated breeding room. The beetles lay eggswithin 5-7 days, which hatch into larvae in about 7-10 days.
LARVAE REARING
The larvae are transferred to breeding trays and fed with high-quality wheat bran, cornmeal, and carrots. They are fed regularly,
and bedding materials are replaced periodically. The entire larval growth cycle lasts 45-60 days. Workers frequently sort them
by size and manage slower-growing larvae separately.
SANITATION & DISEASE PREVENTION
Regular cleaning of breeding trays: Removes waste to prevent bacterial growth. UV disinfection equipment: Periodically sterilizes the environment. Batch breeding: Prevents overcrowding and reduces the risk of injury or disease. Health monitoring: Early detection and isolation of any abnormal cases.
