Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact tony@irudus.com before sending the item. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety and quality reasons, opened food, feed, or consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, gift cards, and final-sale items are also not eligible for return. Contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times vary and are controlled by the financial institution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a separate order after the return is accepted.
