Order Processing

Orders are normally processed, verified, and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Processing may take longer during periods of unusually high order volume. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Destinations and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping destinations, carriers, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Most U.S. deliveries arrive approximately 3-7 business days after shipment, but carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.

We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Shipping Charges and Promotions

Any shipping charge or free-shipping offer that applies to an order will be shown before checkout is completed. Promotional shipping offers may have product, order-value, destination, or date restrictions. The checkout total is the controlling amount for the order.

Address Changes and Delivery Problems

Please review the delivery address before submitting an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if an order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant photos when applicable.
